• What's it about?: Jack Black goes to Hollywood to form a strong alliance and the world's most awesome band with Kyle Gass, but before they achieve greatness they must find the Pick of Destiny, win the open mic night contest and pay their rent. 
• Thoughts: Movie is hilarious and the music is great, the best you could expect from the D.

• What's it about?: The story of a junkie's journey going through life from addiction to rehab and the interesting characters he meets along the way.
• Thoughts: Pretty good. Billy Crudup gave a good performance.

Bongwater (1998)

• What's it about?: A weed dealer (Luke Wilson) and a crazy chick get into a brief relationship and then breakup. We then watch as they go on their separate journeys.
• Thoughts: It's ok. I can't really bring myself to care about the main relationship, it just seems a bit toxic. Also there doesn't seem to be much pacing, I just feel like I'm wandering aimlessly while watching this. The soundtrack is cool though, especially the song Jack Black sings.
• Rating: 6/10
• Recommendation: Maybe
• Tier: C
